Good to know

Questions we hear every week.

Can't find it here?

Which animals do you see?

We're a small-animal practice for dogs and cats. For rabbits, birds, reptiles and other exotics, we're glad to point you to a clinic that specializes in them.

Do you take walk-ins?

We're appointment-based, which keeps wait times short and gives every visit the time it needs. If your pet is sick, call us and we'll do our best to fit you in, or send a request through the chat in the corner of this page.

What do I do in an emergency after hours?

We don't have overnight staff. Contact Westside Animal Emergency Clinic in Lithia Springs, Dogwood Veterinary Specialty & Emergency in Marietta, or South Atlanta Veterinary Emergency & Specialty in Fayetteville. Their numbers and live open status are in the emergency section.

I'm switching vets. How do I get my pet's records over?

Fill out the new patient form and tell us where your pet was seen before. We'll request the records from your previous vet for you.

How much notice do you need for refills?

Please give us 24 hours. Refills are ready for pickup the next business day, and our online pharmacy can ship prevention and diets to your home.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We accept CareCredit, which lets you pay for care over time.
